About the Artist

Hey there, I'm Tori, the maker behind the Trinkets!
My passion for jewelry making started way back in the early 2000's when my mom opened a bead store on the main street of our hometown. As a kid, I was thrilled to lend a hand and watch my mom teach classes and host parties where our community could unleash their creativity. My grandma was also a fixture around the shop, helping keep the wheels turning.
Looking back, I feel so lucky to have grown up watching two fierce ladies run a small business in our town. It's no surprise that my love for jewelry making is still going strong. Crafting beautiful pieces that bring joy to others is my way of carrying on the family legacy.
Fast-forward to 2020, I was feeling restless and deeply unhappy in my office job then the pandemic lockdown hit and I started to reconsider what I wanted to do with my life. The ample time spent at home made me revisit my old hobby of jewelry making. It started out as just a hobby that I would post about on Instagram then quickly took on a life of it's own. Tori's Trinkets was born as an online shop, then once the lockdowns started to lift I began selling at local craft markets around town. I fell in love with markets and sharing my art with the community. To this day you can still find me most Saturday morning's vending on State Street during the Dane County Farmer's Market.
I've been living in the delightful city of Madison for 9 years and I've made it my mission to become a part of this vibrant community. Now I can't imagine calling anywhere else home. When I'm not busy creating new jewelry, accessories & other unique trinkets, you can find me trying out local restaurants, soaking up some sun by one of the lakes, sipping on boba tea, or thrifting.
Thanks for checking out my work- I'm thrilled to share it with you!
